I went to the doctor, and without weighing me, she asks if I put on weight. I'm like, funny you should mention that I did. Yep, that's a side effect to the medication I gave you. I'm like, what? Really? Why don't these things come with warning labels. <br />Great advice. I tend to do all of this with my family. It is important to teach your kids to make healthy choices. Exercise is so good for the brain, too! The only thing I'd add about this list is to be cautious about low fat, fat-free and sugar-free. Other bad ingredients are added to those things so that they still taste good. Read labels and get informed! There's a lot more to being healthy than just weight.
