Today's Wizarding World pics feature the awesome architecture. Pay close attention to these details because they truly are amazing.
Once again the entrance into Hogsmeade. The stacked arch is truly stunning. The sun streaming certainly does add to this fantastic silhouette.
Next to the Hogwarts Express this cedar and stone shingled multi-storied structure is a charming residential home. I wished I lived there! Note the three large gables and two smaller ones.
The train depot has the same stacked outline as the entry, forming a similar silhouette. The stonework is amazing. The Hogwarts express jets out for the tunnel. If only it were animated. How cool would that be?
Well fellow HP fanatics, this concludes out tour for today. I still have to feature the unusual rides. Stayed tuned for that exciting post tomorrow.

“One of my favourite Earthly Angels is somebody I never met, but I thought they did something pretty cool. My dad and I were travelling in the States and he lost his wallet. Months went by and when he finally got home (maybe 4 months later) the wallet had been sent all the way back to Australia with everything still in it - a lot of money, all his cards, etc. So whoever that person from Wyoming, USA, was, I reckon they're pretty cool :D”

Inside the station are charming lockers to store anything you don't want to lug around with you. The ceiling is fascinating, all wood beamed trusses hold up all the heavy stonework. The gateway is ready for the next semester of students in September.
Here's a wonderful close-up view of the lockers. Look at the fantastic sepia-toned illustration and the wood-paneled details.
This skyline has to be one of my favorites. The bent chimneys slay me! Such incredible imagination went into these structures. Notice the gables on the right almost facing each other. The snow looks so real glistening in the sunlight. You really feel like you're in an enchanted village.
What could a guide say when facing such incredible awesomeness ... but you know I will give it a try. Look at the proud warthog gargoyle guarding his treasured Hogwarts. Sitting high on the hill, each exquisitely placed stone draws the eye upward to the crowning peak: the tower.

Universal never does anything halfway with its parks. Love the setting. Bet you're having a great time.
I've got my top 5 cancelled shows up atm, though another blogger's entry reminded me of 2 of my faves I had totally forgotten about - Dark Angel and Gilmore Girls! :D Oh well...
Thanks for featuring my earthly angel ;) I have more no doubt, tucked away somewhere in my brain, but I'm too tired to think of them. lol.
The park looks wonderful!
I can't single out my favorite best shows, though.

I put up my top five ended waaaay before their time.

Love the pictures, very interesting.
I can't remember the last time I saw an episode of Designing Women. I loved watching it when it was on the air, but not as much as I loved Golden Girls and Empty Nest.
