Flashes of red, gold scorching flames ignite at a local bistro on Padre Island. Summer covers her face with her hand, gasping. She escapes. The arsonist just steps away. She turns and their eyes lock.
Sirens screech through the silent streets as fire engines roar to the site. The Captain shouts out orders as Summer melts into the amercing crowd, escaping once more.
